The Velvet Voice of Julian

Julian talks about Noel, The Mighty Boosh, and baking on Virgin Radio UK. Give a listen here.

Noel on Books

Read a little about Book Shambles  and then listen to Noel at Soundcloud [X]!

Noel Fielding Radio Interview with Graham Norton

October 29, 2011--Noel talks about Dr. Who, his art book, mention of his strip-search, capes, Luxury Comedy, and T-Rex. It's a fun interview. Give it a listen.

Museum of Curiosity

So, I really don't understand what the Museum of Curiosity is. I've read a little about it and decided it's like a panel show on radio? Maybe? Anyway, it must have different "curators" each season and Noel is doing this one. Anyway, that's how I'm taking it. Let me know if I'm way off! From British Comedy Guide, here.

The Mighty Boosh - Breezeblock session 23/11/04

The Mighty Boosh on the radio, BBC Radio 1, specifically on a show called Breezeblock, back in 2004. There's something about listening to the guys in the early years-- whether it's their own radio show or as guests elsewhere.

On BBC Radio 2 with Steve Wright

This is a radio interview from November. I thought I had posted it, but aparently I haven't? So now I have!

find it here:

Julian's interview with Virgin Radio

From a (few) years ago, a radio interview with Julian with some nice pictures while you listen! They have teased us with this "film" idea for years. Not fair! (By the way, for those who don't know, the person he's kissing at the 1:24 mark is Melvis. Yup, it does look like Noel!)

Noel Voice!

So far behind on everything that is my life! I'll try to do better, but I've got my doubts. Anyway, another one with Noel voice here Nova 100 and then some Soundcloud to accompany it.

And Now For Something Different

So, I don't know if this will come through okay, but I hope it does. It's a radio interview with Steve Oram and Julian Barratt about their new movie Aaaaaaaah! and the use of language. I don't know if this is only going to be available for a short time, but hopefully you can find it here.

Radio 1 Road Trip - The Mighty Boosh with Jo Whiley.

Another thing I found while looking around-- a radio broadcast with Jo Whiley, driving around in a cab. A bit of Boosh history, actually. Take a moment, and be sure to watch the video 'coz things pop up that you don't want to miss!

Mighty Boosh Animated

Something to relax to at the end of our weekend....

Favorite Pictures

Sorry that I've been so Noel heavy lately. I promise, Julian's next big project I'll do the same for him!

This is from the BBC6 Radio Show's Twitter.

Mighty Boosh Animation

This is brilliant! A nice little distraction for Hump Day! (The weekend will come.)

For Your Listening Pleasure

For your listening pleasure this morning. Noel and Julian and Rich are featured on Mary Anne Hobb's late night radio show, Breezblock, from November 23, 2004 (BBC 1 Radio). It sounds like it is stream-of-conscious, and I imagine it is at least in part. So sit back, clean your deck or shine your shoes, and just listen!
