Noel's been painting again (this is just a sample--there are quite a few more). He's been running around doing this and that lately and I've noticed after he does that, he seems to spend a few days posting artwork. It must be his way to mentally come down when he's been "on" for a number of weeks. And then he posts it--on Instagram, on Twitter. Which is good!
