It's Almost Here!

So last night there was a sneak peak of the first episode of Painted Hawaii, which of course, being in the US, I couldn't watch. (I tried, I really did. No joy.) Anyway, the "official" start of the series is next Thursday, so I am probably going to fill this space with Luxury Comedy. You have been warned!

Have I mentioned I'm excited about Luxury Comedy, Series 2? Oh, I have? I'm just soooo hoping I actually get to watch it and not simply admire screen caps posted on Tumblr. I don't want to hurry time along, but I can't wait until the end of the month! There is an interview where Noel talks about the changes in the show's format from Series 1 and people made comments about him possibly selling out, but I like to think he was sincere when he said he preferred writing narrative as opposed to various skits. I'll post the interview tomorrow.

Not sure where this came from, just kinda found it. Anyway, again, it's been a bit of a rough day (back is out, the hubby and I have both been under the weather and I cut off the end of my thumb yesterday. It's going to get better now, right?). Anyway, a bit of Nanageddon to brighten my (and your) day! Because Goth Vince and Howard are hot!

Favorite Scenes

Vince usually appears so innocent and a bit sweet, and then occasionally we get a glimpse inside that shows he can be a bit mean, at least to Howard. Of course, Howard probably deserves it, because he treats Vince as a bit lesser than himself-- talks down to him, maybe is a bit thoughtless at times. Vince puts up with it because they really are best friends, but he gets his revenge at times with a caustic remark or by laughing at his misfortune. But he's always there when Howard needs rescued (usually with the help of Naboo and Bollo).

Day 6 of the Boosh Photo Challenge is simply "Noel", so I presented this screen-shot from Call of the Yeti. Barry is a one-time character, a Welch shaman who warns Naboo about the Yeti on Piney Ridge. I absolutely love Noel with a mustache, even with the thick glasses and ginger hair!

Today's subject is "boosh outfit" on the Tumblr boosh photo challenge, so I thought I would post a picture of Noel and Julian in one of my favorite outfits. Except there are too many! So I just decided to go with their pants and vests look from Series 2, Power of the Crimp!
