Spook Night!

I'm always excited when there is Barratt news, just because it's a rare beast! So our man Julian will be lending his voice in a radio drama for BBC Radio 4 on Halloween in a production of  The Stone Tape. It'll play at 10 pm, London time and for download after airtime. Dynamic Duo

We may have lost Never Mind the Buzzcocks, but at least we still have Big Fat Quiz! And soon we will get to watch the Big Fat Quiz of Everything, and one of our favorite duos will be panelists! That's right, folks, Noel and Richard are at it again. The Velvet Onion doesn't know when it'll air yet, but they'll keep us informed, I'm sure. 

Birdy On The Radio

Birdy at the end of her Saturday, Oct. 24th shift on Radio X with Ross Buchanan and Phil Clifton. I'm still having a hard time adjusting to her new schedule and seem to miss most of her show. But I was listening yesterday and caught this bit-- so, yeah me!

Limbo

Noel in an interview with the Independent. He talks about what is going on now in his life, emotion-wise maybe more than action-wise, and about the end of the Boosh years in a candid manner. Somehow this interview feels a little, hhmmm, how should I explain it?, as if he's tired, maybe. I get the feeling that he feels like he is at a cross-roads and isn't sure which way to turn. 

Or maybe I'm just seeing something that isn't there. 

Today In The Guardian

A question and answer with The Guardian. Some things we've heard before (q. what's the worse thing anyone's ever said to you? a. a reviewer called Luxury Comedy the second 9/11) and a few surprises (q. what has been your biggest disappointment? a. that we didn't do a Boosh film), by which I think it means it isn't going to happen.
