When I get interested in something, I tend to obsess. At present, my obsession is anything The Mighty Boosh related. Other things may slip in once in a while, but mainly you will find this site to be fairly single minded, focusing on one subject! I have a tendency to include Boosh stuff into everything I do these days, so instead of including them in my other Blogs, I thought I would deposit them here. This way, I can have my favorite videos, pictures, gifs, etc. all in one place!

Noel Fielding on Chatty Man
We saw pictures on Twitter a few weeks ago from the day they filmed this; it becomes a bit of promo for Luxury Comedy, done in an indirect, humorous way. Gotta love the Chatty Man!
Plus, today is the day! The day Luxury Comedy: Tales from Painted Hawaii (officially) premiers!!!

How About Another Interview?
So, another interview, this one at Native Monster. But what the heck--each one of them basically says the same thing, but there is always one little jewel, something not in the others. Find it here.

Another Luxury Comedy Interview
I should have put this one up a couple of weeks ago, but better late than never! Here is an interview with Noel promoting LC2. Are we excited or what?

Tom Meeten & Mike Fielding - Luxury Comedy 2 teaser
Mike talks with Tom about scooping ice cream. You have to love a guy who can laugh at himself!

Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy - ALL THE SONGS
Since I'm doing everything Luxury Comedy this week, today I'm going with the music from Series one. Because music really is such a big part of the show.

A Nice Read
Beautiful article from The Guardian. It's very honest and sweet, which is maybe a strange way to discribe an interview, but there you have it. Noel talks a bit about what fame does and why LC Series 1 is a bit bonkers and why Series 2 is more settled. Take a few minutes to read it, you'll be glad you did!

It's Almost Here!
So last night there was a sneak peak of the first episode of Painted Hawaii, which of course, being in the US, I couldn't watch. (I tried, I really did. No joy.) Anyway, the "official" start of the series is next Thursday, so I am probably going to fill this space with Luxury Comedy. You have been warned!

Throw-Back Thursday Obsession
Definitely a favorite episode! Season 3, "Dopplegangland" in which Willow's Vampire doppelganger terrorizes Sunny Dale. Classic!

Because Noel Can Be a Fangirl, Too!
Noel looks so awkward here, as if he's a bit nervous. Noel, nervous on stage? And that lunge he makes in the end. He was getting his hands on Michael Palin, come hell or high water!

Favorite Scenes
Series 1 episode Bollo. Because it's all about the hair! I love the way Noel looks at the camera in the last GIF and includes us in the story!

Interview with Noel Fielding
I know I've been on an interview kick lately, but I go through phases and I'm in an interview mood. I wish there was more with Julian, but since Noel has Luxury Comedy coming soon, and his tour to follow, it seems like they keep popping up. He talks about stand up and touring in this part one of part a three part interview. The hair tells us it's early 2010, but I don't know the date.

TRAILER: Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy
Have I mentioned I'm excited about Luxury Comedy, Series 2? Oh, I have? I'm just soooo hoping I actually get to watch it and not simply admire screen caps posted on Tumblr. I don't want to hurry time along, but I can't wait until the end of the month! There is an interview where Noel talks about the changes in the show's format from Series 1 and people made comments about him possibly selling out, but I like to think he was sincere when he said he preferred writing narrative as opposed to various skits. I'll post the interview tomorrow.
Long Hair
From January 21, 2012. I'm basically posting this video to demonstrate how long his hair is compared to the video I posted Wednesday that takes place a half-year later. In this video: Noel as Kate Bush, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, the future, and Julian and monkeys.

Misdirect
I present an interview with Serge about Hackney (and the lack of toilets), and I love Kasabian, so that should be enough reason to post this video, but of course, the main reason is because Noel is standing in the back, visiting. I'm going to say it's Hackney Weekend in June of 2012, but no guarantees. So enjoy Serge, then watch Noel in the back. Note how short his hair is. It was long earlier in the year, and for the videos of his birthday in 2013 it's fairly long (with blue mixed in). I really am fascinated by his hair!

Favorite Pictures
Noel with Jonathan Ross at Wimbledon. Last year Noel Tweeted about the matches quite a bit, but this year he must have been more involved with the World Cup.
A little lip service about the celebrities that spent time watching the matches can be found here.

The Mighty Boosh Indie Film Trailer [FANMADE]
Just a little bit of fun I found on Tumblr this morning. Now I want to go have a Mighty Boosh marathon in my living room on my big screen!

This Past Week
Noel "in costume" with Chatty Man, Alan Carr. Why? We don't know! But still, you just know there was fun had by all! Watch The Velvet Onion for upcoming info!

Favorite Pictures
I'm not sure where this came from-- Twitter, maybe? Sorry, I saved it and I'm not even sure from where. But it's pretty self-explanatory, so we're okay. (Now, if he would just do some evenings in the US!)

Fulcher Goes Commercial
Rich Fulcher has done a commercial for Greyhound. As much as I think he can be a bit over the top at times, there are other times I think he's a brilliant actor when he's playing straight stuff. I know it's just a commercial and his part is only a fraction of the 1 minute segment, but I would like to see him do more of this kind of stuff.

BuzzcocksQT: The Muskerhounds and Morph
Sometimes it sucks only being able to get bits and pieces from YouTube, since I can't access any BBC stuff. But I take what I can get and try to be happy about it. Like these Buzzcocks QT bits. Love 'em! Wish there were more.

Boosh Interview - London Paper
At times I think Noel and Julian are paying more attention to each other than they are the interviewer! I have to wonder if they have already done twenty thousand interviews that week and are tired of it. They do get a bit more serious as the interview continues. Just a bit of fluff, really, but they do talk about the show. This is part one, so hang around for the second part.

So This Happened
So, last night Noel got to go out on stage with Monty Python. I have no details but he posted this picture with Michael Palin on his Twitter. Even the people we admire have people they admire!

This Day in Boosh History
One year ago The Mighty Boosh duo reunited to perform Beck's "Cloaks" at the Barbican. I still remember how excited I got, scrolling through different sites for any pictures or fragments thrown into the net-verse. I still get excited and watch the video on occasion. We need more occasions like that!

Kasabian: Vlad The Impaler [[Live at Glastonbury 2014]]
And here we are-- some sweaty did post the video of Kasabian performing Vlad The Impaler with Noel joining them on stage. Apparently, for a quick second, Lliana is there, bringing the bag of "heads" out (I think she is one of the "skeleton" people at the edge of the stage at around 3:45). The best part for me is at the 4 minute mark when Serge tells everyone to jump as high as they can and the camera pans out and shows everyone jumping in unison. Fantastic! So, in review-- Serge's pants, Noel's cape and, well, Tom is just well handsome. Well played, guys!
