Joe Lynn just seemed to come out of nowhere, following Noel around, taking pictures. "Bless him for sharing" I thought, but wondered how he got that lucky, especially when I realized how young he is. Son of a friend, family member? Still not sure, but there is a nice interview here with the Velvet Onion that gives us a little insight into "Pirate Joe".
