Luxury Comedy, Series One, episode 7 "BBQ Breakdown"-- when it all finally made sense! Noel has said that Sergeant Raymond Boombox is going to make an appearance in Series 2. I'm chuffed, 'cause he's one of my favorite characters! 

Isolation

Something different for your Sunday-- Julian and Julia on the radio. The piece is a bit odd, but who doesn't want to listen to Julian's smooth voice? And he sings "Isolation". Apparently it is a radio series on the Santa Monica station, KCRW. The Velvet Onion has a bit of a write-up on it and a link. Give it a listen!

Teenage Cancer Trust--Noel Fielding, "You Bastard"

My last Teenage Cancer Trust post this week. There's more pictures and videos out there if you want to go hunting. I think it is probably a great charity and it's nice to see so many celebrities give of their time. There are still lots of good people in the world!

This video is from 2013 featuring Russell Brand with Noel preparing for their show at the Royal Albert Hall. Other people to watch for is Noel Gallagher and Seann Walsh. I so wish I could see some of this stuff live instead of always second hand. Oh well, I'm on the  wrong part of the Earth. Guess I'll be happy with the scraps I can get!!!

The Cure at the Royal Albert Hall for Teenage Cancer Trust

I think I may spend the week featuring the Teenage Cancer Trust. Do we have anything like that in the US? I don't know, but it seems a great thing to me. So many people give their time (and money) to this Charity. I think I saw an interview once where Noel said Roger Daltrey got him involved (but don't quote me on that!). Anyway, I've really been getting into The Cure lately-- it's great to see them still so active.
