I believe this picture is from the series 2 Fountain of Youth. In between takes, possibly? He just looks like he's really concentrating on something. Their apartment is amazing, the details in it. The wall paper, the couch (I want that couch!). And this outfit-- the white "cowboy" trousers and jacket with the hat. (And we can't forget Howard's Hawaiian shirt and shorts!) Genius!
